When you arrive at the property, please take a few minutes to look around the villa to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Please report any issues or concerns to us during your stay so that we can deal with them in a timely manner. The property will have been inspected before your arrival but problems could have risen before your check-in. The pool and deck are cleaned every week but dust and sand could accumulate on top of the pool enclosure and fall into the pool and onto the pool deck when it rains.

 

Pool has a safety net for children but children in pool area must be attended by an adult at all times.

 

Security Cameras provided in front of the house and on the side of Villa are only there for our and your safety.

 

Specific Property Details: ARRIVAL AT RESORT GATE: A government-issued ID is required by the Guard at the main gate. Please drive carefully through the resort and obey the speed limits. GARBAGE / RUBBISH / TRASH / LIXO / BASURA Please store all trash/rubbish in sealed garbage bags inside the Garbage Bin. Guest(s) must strictly follow instructions posted inside the house for trash removal. Guests will be charged $75.00 for any excess trash left due to not observing the collection routine. Regular Trash / Garbage / Rubbish is collected (THURSDAY) Recyclable items (Plastic, Aluminum, etc.) is collected (THURSDAY) BLUE LID Garbage is collected between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
